Right from beginning to the end all the staff very friendly and professional and made me feel at ease.
This can be a stressful time but the smiles and all the useful information helped to ease my time here.

Nice that it was female only waiting etc. Waiting area needs water cooler though. Lady on initial reception quite bruque.
